Crystal Pines Lodge - Crystal Lodgings

Crystal Pines Lodge - This is our 750 sq. ft. two level suite with a king bed and two pullout couches. Fully fenced backyard and pet friendly. Our vacation rental units feature kitchens complete with full size fridge, stove, oven, coffee/coffee pot, and microwave.
We also offer free wi-fi, Direct TV , flat screen tv's, and an outside fire pit for camp fire type nights!
Very close proximity to trailheads, inland lakes, only two minutes to Betsy River and Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, Sleeping Bear Dunes, as well as miles upon miles of majestic Lake Michigan shoreline where the sunsets are the best you'll find. Enjoy the relaxing feel found here and breathtaking views! We have a large game room in barn with pool table, darts, foos ball, ping pong ladder ball, cornhole etc.

Family Weekend
Great place for our family of four to spend a couple nights while we were in town to visit family. Had everything we needed to make most our food at the rental. Lots of space outdoors for my 7 and 8 year old to run and explore, they also loved the game room. We don’t have pets and I was nervous about the cleanliness and smell before we arrived, but it was clean and fresh. My only things I’d mention is that we could have used more kitchen towels (we only found 1), and the listing is not clear that this is a rental with three separate units on the property, and the game room and walking trails are shared with other renters. I knew this from reading reviews and it did not bother us, but would have been a big surprise if we didn’t know that ahead of time. My young boys did not mind the pull out couch overnight, but adults may find it thin and uncomfortable (I did). We would rent here again!

Pretty nice place to stay with enough features and activities on the property. Property manager is super quick to respond to questions so that was great! The only downside is would be if you do have a louder neighbors in the other two units, that could be an issue but we did not encounter that

This place was tucked away and quiet but still a short enough drive to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Luddington, etc. The place was clean and cozy, had a large game room and all the amenities we needed. Hosts were friendly and helpful, we recommended this spot to friends and family for the next time any of us come up!

Great place
Crystal lodgings is a great place to stay i will definitely book again in the future. The owners were great to deal with the property was very nice. The game room was really cool. Lots of effort went into keeping guests comfortable and entertained. The only thing i was disappointed about was they didnt make it clear in the listening it was 3 units and not a whols house, and the listing said hot tub (which was my selling point)along with pics only to get there and find out the hot tub didn't exist. Overall great experience though.

I will be saving this spot for forever it was perfect! We loved it for so many reasons like, being close to the mountain, right by some amazing hikes, the apartment was cozy and perfect size for our two pups and my husband and i! We loved this place so much!

Place is perfect. It's not a 5 star resort, but if you are looking to ski and be close to the mountain it is great. Very clean, (let me say it again, VERY CLEAN), has all the things you would want in a kitchen, very close to the mountain, and the staff is immediately available for questions or concerns. I took my 15 and 19 year old up for a 3 day ski vacation and it was real nice. I have skied all the places (Colorado, Utah, Canada, Tahoe ect. )and knew what I was getting into with Midwest skiing, but I was Leary about the accommodations. This place has everything you would want. Highly recommend and will be back. Not a lot of snow (that's not Crystal Pine's fault! ) but good enough to ski all day, grab a beer at the resort, go back for a quick shower and go back to the resort for dinner or order in at the place.

... with lots of nice little touches, including internet, Netflix, sweet outdoor area. This property is one building that houses two separate rentals. Probably important at a certain age to note that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. Clean, cute, great location, very prompt communication with ower/manager... overall A+

This was a decent place and extremely close to Crystal Mountain. Everything was clean. There is a 24/7 “entertainment barn” on the property that gave it a unique feature. Extremely quiet and comfortable beds.

The pictures do not do justice to this cute place. There are so many homey touches, including cool wood accents throughout and great landscaping and decorations out front. Big king bed is comfy, full kitchen has everything we need, and the fenced in yard for Max was a bonus. He enjoyed romping around outside. The location is great for exploring, just 30 minutes from Traverse City and central to many cool towns in northern MI. Hosts are great communicators, everything was ready *early* for us (thank you!) and check-out is super-easy. Great place and great hosts, highly recommend.

Great Place! Close to Crystal Mountain
Great spot if you’re doing a weekend/night at Crystal mountain. Close to the hill. Place was very clean and comfortable. Host left a little souvenir, and gave thorough instructions for check, check out, or anything else you may need. Will definitely rent again when j get back out to the area! The photos really don’t much justice as well in my opinion. (Not a bad thing! It was much nicer than expected in person)

Great Stay
I would recommend staying here. The owner greeted me and was very friendly. It is close to Crystal Mountain Resort, and it is about 20 minutes away from Interlochen Arts Academy, which was the reason for our stay this time as we were dropping our daughter off at school there. The place was clean and comfortable, and it was a perfect place for pets….the fenced in backyard was an added plus for sure with fur babies. It does seem a middle out in nowhere, but about a 25 minute drive will bring you to Traverse City & the more tourist-packed areas. We would definitely stay here again.
