« I had a problem with my reservation on Expedia. When I arrived the booking had been moved to another date I had to pay for an extra night and I was told it would be refunded but unfortunately I still haven’t received any payment but aside from that I really loved the stay »

« AC is on a motion sensor, which is a really bad idea in Texas. Our room was often so hot, humid, and weird smelling when we were away from it, the carpet practically felt spongy at times because of the humidity. It would also cycle off sometimes at night which made sleeping really uncomfortable. The front desk was incredibly unhelpful about stuff like this and didn’t seem to care. Also our tv remote didn’t work, no info about WiFi or tv channels, and the mattress pad was made for a smaller size...

« The room was immaculate. The staff were very kind as well. Breakfast was basic but it was good. The kitchen in our room was great. »

« I booked an accessible room with the roll in shower and when I showed up, they did not have a roll in shower available and they had already rented out the I was supposed to have. The front desk was very helpful and trying to find me another room and they said that the room would not be charged to my card, but it still has been and I have not received a refund yet. »

« I reserved three rooms at a very reasonable rate. All the rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. I especially appreciated the walk-in showers as we had two members of our party with a disability. I didn’t partake in the free breakfast, but I was told it was satisfactory Overall,, it’s definitely a worthwhile stay if you need a place in Austin just a little outside some of the busier areas. »
