« This was our second time staying here. This place is within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. The unit we got this time, the hot water tank went out completely and we were staying there another night - there were 10 of us staying there. The owner was extremely accommodating and allowed us to stay in the unit next to us for our last night AND allow us keep our place that didn’t have hot water. Hands down - excellent customer service!! We will be staying there again. »

It was clean, quiet for being busy, friendly staff, pet friendly (ours weren't with us), and very affordable based on comparible options closer to Marblehead, Oh. I wish you could give half stars because i would have gave 4.5 for comfort, instead of 4, the bedframe squeaked and that woke my husband up. Thats our only complaint, nothing important to us.
