« I had problems the moment I checked in. I paid for a king suite. They checked me into a dirty one. Then said that’s the only one left and no one was Available to clean it. I was then put in a double queen room and there was dirty washcloths in the bathroom and the TV didn’t work. I was very disappointed and won’t stay here again. »
