The Flash, Welshpool : hôtels à proximité

« Cadre très agréable pour le bar et le restaurant. Bonne cuisine. Accès aux chambres du 2me étage un peu compliqué avec des valises.(pas d'ascenseur) . L'emplacement du parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel requiert une explication et un plan à la réception. »

« The cottage was adorable, well equipped and in a beautiful rural setting. The host was wonderfully helpful and friendly. »

« They had the wrong marker for where the place was located. It showed in town but it was 30 miles from the town. We were not able to go due to the extreme distance and they would not refund our money! It was months in advance we tried to work with this place even trying to change dates and they would do nothing »

« Absolutely horrible !!! Staff were horrible and the owner was cursing at me and never got the keys to my cabin even after it being paid and money taken out my account !! Waited for 5 hours just to be told “there has been a double booking” and not even getting a refund or any other cabin !!!! Unprofessional service and behaviour from the owner and the staff ! So disappointed with this company!!! »

« We got to the site about 8pm and had to go to the club house to get the key from a helpful local , opened the door and it smelt like a dirty hamster cage , the bedding was roled up in the centre of the bed amd i couldnt tell if it was clean or dirty , walked into the toilet amd there was poo all around the rim of the toilet and in the pan , the floor of the hut was all water damged and peeling up, we turned right around and walked out , in that part of wales driving im the dark to try and fimd a...

« Just got home after a lovely stay at Rowton Castle. The staff were amazing could not do enough for you. Food was good and excellently presented. The grounds were amazingly kept. First visit but definitely not the last. »

« Very clean, newly refurbished pub in a good location with interesting artistic decorations by local artist who owns the property. Good base to explore this part of the Wales/England border. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. We ate at the pub both nights and evening meal was also very good. Lovely staff. Parking seemed to be no problem, either in pub's very small car park or on roads in village. »

« For us, just a one-night stay, but we arrived about 4pm on a Sunday afternoon, to find this is an extremely popular venue for Sunday lunches. The menu continued into the evening and we were able to see why it's so popular. A great meal, and then a lovely cooked breakfast the next morning. The room, facilities and bed were all comfortable and all in all, we had made a good choice in a quiet rural location. »

« Très bel hôtel, la chambre mansardée a un charme fou. Petit bémol: prendre une douche dans une salle de bain très mansardée est très sportif. J’ai adoré l’endroit et le personnel était très bien. »

« A lovely cottage in the middle of nowhere. Just few sheep and birds. Cottage has everything you need and very comfortable bed. »

« Very new, lovely hosts absolutely dog friendly, our dog had his own breakfast everyday! It is rural, so sometimes internet glitches, but we were there over a stormy weekend and the electric substation across the road blew up. Power was back on very quickly. »

« It felt like a property that had been reopened after being closed for years. No attention to detail. No tv in bedroom. Vastly overpriced for what it is and provides. »

« No prior communication from agent no key to property on arrival struggled to contact them as we had no WiFi code and service was limited contact number didn't exist promise of key within 45mins 11/2 hrs later no key no follow up messages we left the property still nothing from agent unprofessional »

« Auberge agréable.Trés bon accueil. Chambres vastes à la décoration plaisante.Salle de bains fonctionnelle. Il faut savoir que l'hôtel est situé le long d'une route fréquentée, ce qui peut être gênant si l'on a une chambre en façade, Bon restaurant. »

« Lovely 10 night stay! Host was super lovely and helpful. House was clean, modern, comfy and well equipped. Thank you for our stay! »

« Well where do I start, the staff were excellent as they were so helpful, caring and very friendly. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the food was excellent as well as being very tasty. Being treated by the cat was lovely as it was so friendly and waited for us at the top of the stairs when we came to our room. So much looking at planning to go back for another visit. »
