"Omg. The first room i was given was 413 i walked in and thought i was in a Tijuana hostel . It was dark and stinked of stale cigarette . The tub was filthy the linen smelled old . I immediate ask for a room switch and was given 523 which smelled of cat . It was around midnight so i stayed and immediately tried to leave in the AM but the door was broke and i was stuck inside . I called and was let out . Never will i stay here by choice again . Staff was super nice but accommodations were awful "

"I had an okay stay at this property. There definitely were a few things that kept me from giving a rave review; there was some obvious decay throughout the property (random ceiling tiles in the public spaces were patched to presumably fix leaks) and it seemed generally a bit outdated. Namely, there were just not enough staff to accomodate everyone’s needs! When I arrived I waited almost 15 minutes to get checked in because there was one person working the front desk with a long line, and the poor (singular) engineer was running around manually fixing everyone’s AC units to make it switch from heat to AC. The gym was also BURNING up - I assume from this same issue where they have to manually switch everything from heat to cool. Everyone I met there was kind and helpful, but it did seem like staff were overwhelmed and that does make an impact on the stay. Do better, Hilton. "

"overall, it was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. Housekeeping is very accommodating. The HVAC system is a little sketchy though. We had a regular room and a handicap room. The regular room would not switch from AC to heat so i just left it off since it wasn't very cold. The handicap room would switch back and forth from heat to AC and not hold a consistent set temperature. it was set on 75 but would switch to 72\. I was given some complicated explanation for it. I was offered a heater and a technician to come and look at it. Unfortunately, space heaters aren't permitted as they can be a fire hazard so I don't know why he offered it. They did address the heating issue however and we never had another problem. The layout design for the location of handicap rooms is interesting. They are all the way at the far end of the hallway when you get off of one of the elevators and if you use the elevator that lets you off right at the rooms, you still have to go all the way to the far end of the hallway. So if difficulty in walking is your handicap, bring a wheelchair or you're screwed! Once you get into the handicap room, it gets interesting as well. The light switch to the bathroom is located next to the room door, not in or near the bathroom, but behind the bathroom door it when it's open. The toilet isn't a high one so there's difficulty in getting off of the commode, And there's a regular bathtub/shower instead of a walk-in shower so bathing was out!"

"I had to keep loading the internet because it kept going out. Breakfast was ok. It just ended too early and the dining room was cold. They don't allow you to take your food up to your room. So I had to eat in a cold dining room with a lady and her dog! I'm guessing it was an emotional support dog or something because they didn't say anything about her bringing it in the dining room with her. I was told that there are no animals on the 3rd floor when I asked for a room on the 4th floor. Somehow, I heard barking throughout the day and evening coming from the lady's dog with whom I had breakfast who were also on the 3rd floor!"

"Staff was really friendly however rooms can be cleaned better. There were stains on our bathroom floor that looked like it wasn't mopped. The balcony/patio door lock was broke so they had to put a metal bar on it so no one could enter from the outside. Also, the sliding door for the bedroom didn't work. Room was ok for the reason I needed it but not sure if I'd stay again."
