"Recommend all to stay away from this hotel. Hardly a 1 star hotel. Despite it says 3 Star(So it’s all about the money, lousy standard overall) • Overpriced with no AC • Rough neighborhood • Extremely small rooms, the shower included. • Beds should have been upgraded 15 years ago together with the rest of the hotel and neighborhood • Small terrace with iron doors making it even smaller We canceled our stay after one night, and booked into another hotel because of the poor conditions....

"A nice, clean, well located Hotel in Terracina's modern town. Staff are very helpful and the rooms, whilst small, are very clean and comfortable. We stayed here for two days after a week on Ponza so we could visit some friends and will certainly do so again."

"Zeer onvriendelijke gastvrouw. Deze mensen doen het puur voor het geld. We mochten onze frisdrank niet koud zetten bij 40 graden warmte. Stond wel in de voorwaarden. "The villa is great - big enough, clean, just refurbished, everything works good, furniture and kitchen appliances are very good, enough plates, bowls, glasses, towels etc. for 6 people. "I spent a lovely week at this property with my family, including our 4 children. We all had a wonderful time, 100% beach life as the house is only 200mt from the sea. The house is fully furnished and equipped, except for AC. The fans however, do a great job. The garden and the patio come very handy, especially for the children.
