The Experience: Nestled in a protected natural area, Casa Rural La Caldera offers a journey into the past with modern comforts. Enjoy mountain views and traditional Canarian architecture, with thick walls and original low ceilings that preserve its historic charm.



IMPORTANT - Architectural Features: This authentic old Canarian country house has ceilings 2 meters high and entrance doors 1.65 meters, so it is not suitable for guests taller than 2 meters. Please consider these dimensions before booking.



Unique Layout: To preserve its historic structure, the house is divided into two independent areas with no internal connection, providing privacy for families or groups. The main area includes a master bedroom with Canarian balcony, living-dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The annex features three bedrooms, a stone lounge, and another bathroom.



Rural Comfort (Winter): Each room has electric heaters year-round, but as a true country house, Canarian winters can be cool and the property isn’t designed for short sleeves indoors. We recommend bringing warm clothing for your stay.



Rest & Connectivity: Bedrooms have standard-size beds. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, but due to the protected location, it’s not suitable for remote work, video calls, or high-intensity streaming—ideal for basic browsing.



Outdoor Leisure: Enjoy a private pool, gardens, barbecue, covered terrace, and playground for children.



Key Info: Access is via secondary and rural roads typical of Gran Canaria, 40 minutes from the airport. Pets are welcome on request and available for an extra charge. No parties, events, or groups under 25 allowed.



Waste Management: The nearest recycling point is at the crossroads at the entrance to Pino Santo Alto.
