"They sold my room to someone else. I arrived late to Bari and had to place to sleep. Do not book this hotel you might end up on the street after a long trip. "

A smile or hello goes a long ways, but this woman seemed incapable of that."

They won't let you keep your luggage there, they have all these weird rules about everything and were completely unprofessional when I texted them, yelling at me. I would not recommend to stay here, as it was the cheapest option in the city, it was truly terrible and extremely expensive for what you got which is like nothing.
