« My room was not cleaned sufficiently. The bathroom floor was filthy and unmopped with hair all over it. The used soap was still left in the soapdish, however, there were clean towels. The TV remote had dead batteries. When I turned down the made up bed I found used sheets that had obviously not been changed. The pillow cases appeared to have been the only thing changed. « The room I stayed is a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. The bathtub was peeling and the bottom felt soft. That being said the shower great. »

« Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again. »

« Booked a room with 2 queen sized beds. Got a room with one king size bed. Couldn’t get another correct room because they were fully booked even though I paid for the room weeks ago. Brought up a rollaway bed instead. Staff said “because it was booked through Expedia they had no control over what type of room we could have.” Had to kick in the door to enter since it was so misaligned and sticky. Room next to us had the same issue. Almost couldn’t get out of the room because the door jams up. Oh...

« Overpriced. Continental breakfast is bagels cereal and a waffle machine. No hot food other than make your own waffles. No dresser for clothes, phone in room did not work so no way to contact desk. No elevator. »

« Our stay was comfortable, room was clean. There is no ice machine on site so plan accordingly. There is not an office onsite, plan on Self Check-in only with call support if you have issues with your door code. »

The disappointment was that although we were told breakfast was available starting at 6:30 am, there was nothing other than overnight coffee available at 7 am. Using the phone for contact in the common area meant the phone rang multiple times without anyone answering it. »
