Once we became aware of the hot water issue on Easter Sunday morning we contacted our AHS plumber who arrived at 10:27am. A small pump unit had failed and was replaced.We treated the matter with urgency, and apologized to all guests, very unfortunate timing on Easter Sunday with 33 departures on that day.I do hope you accept my apology, and hope to see you again.Regards,Craig.

Hi Mohammed, Thank you for the feedback which is appreciated. Most Hotels will have twin beds to provide the option of two singles or 1 king. Removing mattresses between stays is not practical. The issue of the zip is rarely mentioned, but I do appreciate this was an issue to you. In our case we have 2 One Bedroom Apartments that have joined single mattresses, and 2 that have a single king mattress. If requested before arrival and available, we can allocate accordingly. We will based on your feedback consider mattress toppers which can lessen the zip issue.All the best.

Hi Damien,Thanks for the feedback, appreciated. Yes agree we are not the Mount, but oh so close :-) and much easier on the budget. In saying that I firmly believe our restaurants on the Strand/Waterfront are at least as good as anywhere in Tauranga and majority have the water views which is limited/non-existent for most in the Mount.
