DOWNTOWN LIVING

You're on Maunganui Road in the heart of downtown. Main Beach, the Mauao base track and the main strip's cafés, restaurants and boutiques are all within walking distance. Approx. 10 minute walk to Main Beach, so you can park the car and leave it for the stay.



PARKING

Two private car parks, rare in downtown Mount, and ideal for families or groups arriving in two cars. Secure/undercover garage, lift from car parks to apartment.



THE LAYOUT

Sundowner is an apartment with lift access on level 2. Everything is on one level, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen and open-plan living opening onto the sun terrace.

The Neighborhood:

Sundowner puts you on Maunganui Road in the heart of downtown Mount Maunganui, with the main strip's shops, cafés and restaurants right outside and Main Beach within walking distance approx. 10 minute walk.



Start the day with a walk or swim at Main Beach, then come home to the terrace for sundowners. For calmer water, Pilot Bay on the harbour side is popular for paddle boarding, kayaking and family swims.



Downtown Mount is all around you, with Maunganui Road and the surrounding streets lined with boutiques, cafés, restaurants and bars.



The Mount is also a great base for a wellness break, with oceanfront sauna sessions at The Sauna Project, movement classes at Ō Studio and spa treatments at Fernland Spa.



For families, Baywave TECT Aquatic & Leisure Centre has wave pools and hydro slides, and Bayfair Shopping Centre has cinemas, supermarkets, dining and shops, both a short 10 minute drive. For panoramic Bay of Plenty views, the walking tracks at Papamoa Hills Regional Park are about 20 minutes drive.



Across the harbour, Tauranga CBD offers waterfront dining, boutique bars, harbour walks and a growing food and nightlife scene.



Further afield, Rotorua's geothermal parks and Māori cultural experiences, the Hobbiton Movie Set, Whakatane's fishing charters and the beaches of the southern Coromandel are all good day trips, about 1–1.5 hours' drive.

Two car parks are included on-site – a rare luxury downtown. Tauranga Airport is around a 10-minute drive, and Auckland is roughly 2.5–3 hours away.



TAXI & RIDESHARE

Uber and local taxis operate throughout Tauranga and the Mount.



BUS

BayBus services connect the Mount with Tauranga city and the wider Bay.
