I had asked for a rollaway bed and I was incredibly grateful they had it ready for us at 1am! The water pressure and water was very soft in the shower. The breakfast and coffee were wonderful. The entire staff we encountered was incredibly attentive and polite. We did not utilize the pool, but it looked very welcoming. There was a lot of security we noticed, but we felt incredibly safe during our stay. We will stay here again if ever in Guayaquil."
