The best part about this apartment is its location: right by Bayshore, 10 min walking distance from Hyde Park, and in short driving distance from everything S Tampa. The apartment is cute, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. The host provided comprehensive info ahead of check-in so getting in the apartment was smooth.

I was visiting Tampa on business, but I felt right at home. The place is more spacious than a hotel room, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again if I were in town.

Everything was good except the hot water took a long time to get to the bathroom. While a hotel system to re-circulate the water might be a big expense, the cost might be offset by the expense of water. Otherwise we loved the space and location.

This property was amazing. Great location, lots of restaurants and close to downtown. We had everything we could need and the beds were so comfy!! Quiet, peaceful, and we were 2 women who felt very safe. Highly recommend and definitely would stay again!

We loved this property! Easy to walk to everywhere and neighborhood is beautiful! Property is decorated like restoration hardware style which was awesome. Parking great too. It was so clean we will stay here every time visiting Tampa.
