### Single home in quiet community, close to beaches and theme parks.

Beautiful and very well maintained single home in the Tampa Bay Area. Rent it completely furnished, for a minimum of 6 months. This beautiful single home has three bedrooms, an added den / home office, and two bathrooms. Sitting on a conservation lot, is one of the largest lots in the gated Waterleaf community. Excellent finishes include granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood flooring in bedrooms, living room, dining room and den / home office, tile floors in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Freshly painted inside and outside, the house offers a cozy atmosphere in every room. The house is completely furnished and has everything you need. The large kitchen features an island facing into the dining room, perfect for entertaining. The split floor plan has a large den / home office in the front of the house, two bedrooms located towards the center and the master bedroom in the back, with great views of the conservation area. The expansive master suite includes a walk in closet and master bath with his and hers sinks and a garden tub. Enjoy the added space of a den / flex room, ideal for a home office, library or guest room.   
High speed internet and cable. This house also has a water softener.The house is located in Waterleaf, an ultra-fi gated community with playground, walking trails, fitness station, fire pit, resort style pool and open air clubhouse. While this house is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, it is still close to downtown Tampa (30 minutes), Brandon (15 minutes), St. Petersburg (45 minutes), Sarasota (50 minutes), and the Disney parks (90 minutes). Also for bikers, hikers, photographers and horseback riders there are two beautiful preserved areas less than 15 minutes away. Just pack your clothes and move-in!
