Checked in online had QR code to obtain keys. Advised hotel our arrival time would be midnight, arrived at international car park called reception to get directions from car park to hotel. Was told we did not have a room and they could not give us a room there due to technical issues, explained already ...

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney
This hotel was so beautiful that we extended our trip two more days.We left the Marriott down the street because it was so bad and ended up at the Fullerton, what a relief. Every part of our stay there was perfect. Keep up the great work.
