« House was as advertised. Did get to read through some of the others comments that stayed and you are aware of the shower pressure already. Maybe a few of them need replacing. The big take away for me is pots and pans in the house need updating and had to keep adjusting thermostat to stay comfortable. On the positive side the house was very clean and smelled good on arrival. »

« The property was a great fit for our extended family. Great location with easy beach access. Large enough to accommodate those adults who needed to "work" a few hours without interruption. The pool was a bonus and enjoyed by all. The home was well supplied with beach chars, shibumi, pool chairs, floats and pool noodles. « If you’re going to Topsail, I highly recommend staying here. Everything was super clean, response time for communication was quick and very accommodating, and the access to the beach was very close. The home even has an elevator which was so convenient for carrying bags and groceries up. The hot tubs and pool were a perk too and also very clean. Very well managed property. »

« It was very nice. We loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. The house was very well laid out and accommodated all of us nicely. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall it was very clean. On. Personal note the dining table was a bit small and we prefer regular chairs to the bar type stools. A couple of us has arthritis and getting on and off the chairs was a at times difficult. But that is the only thing (and it’s not even a big thing) that I might think about altering. Thank...
