« While the hotel offers fairly basic amenities, the kind staff and impeccable cleanliness more than make up for it. Everyone was incredibly courteous and helpful. I was rushing to leave at 7:30 am. and my driver was already waiting, so the staff kindly let me take my coffee in one of their porcelain mugs to go. Such a thoughtful gesture meant a lot. Had we not contacted the owner ourselves, we would not have been informed at all and would have been left without accommodation at the last minute. We also had to repeatedly ask for our refund, as the owner showed no initiative in resolving the issue. Very poor...
