« You can hear every bang and movement of the adjoining rooms. The people next to us slammed and banged until 11pm. We had driven 16 hours that day and barely slept. Usually we like to stay in this set of hotels, but not this location. »

« The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The space was nice, but a more comfortable chair or sofa would have been preferable, especially if I had planned on spending more than one night. The automated room check in, while unexpected, worked ok. However, the key that was issued did not work and I had to go back to the lobby to have a new one issued by the clerk. The clerk told me that this issue was a common one, so please fix that. My biggest complaint is the noise level. Obviously,...
