« Five stars for the staff alone! Sophie at the front desk was very professional, kind, and so helpful from check-in to check-out. She also went above and beyond to help me with transportation back to Hanoi. The rooms are beautiful and, most importantly, very quiet—perfect for getting a good night's rest in a busy city. The central location and terrace view are unbeatable. I'll definitely be back! The breakfast buffet was amazing. »

« Great staff and a clean hotel in a quieter area of HaLong Bay. You get the true feeling of how locals go on about their daily lives with easy access to food and convenience stores. Great free breakfast options as well. »

Le seul grand bémol c’était le bruit insupportable des travaux au 21 eme étage mais vraiment insupportable !! D’autres hôtels 5 etoiles auraient offert un surclassement ou un geste commercial comme offrir une bonne bouteille ou un repas mais ce ne fut pas le cas hélas. »

« The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge.
