« The property was nicely appointed and for the most part very comfortable. We had a couple glitches. We were provided the wrong door code and it took a good 20 minutes in 20 degree temperatures standing outside to connect with a person and get the correct code. The door code situation was a bit cumbersome. We found several dishes in the cabinets that that were not clean. Perhaps they did not make it through the dishwasher. Otherwise everything was clean. It would have helped to have a guide book...

It was just the right size for all of us to hang out after a day on the slopes and shopping. Amenities were great and didn't have to pack all those extras like other places we've stayed. Vacasa didn't supply the unit number, so we spent the better part of an hour waiting to speak with a human (in the cold Idaho winter) before we could check in. And we were subsequently inundated with follow-up upsell emails/texts. Will never rent a Vacasa property again. »

« Great location within a stones throw of the lifts at Dollar mountain. It was a spacious and warm condo that allowed easy travel back and forth from skiing to hot meals. We loved all the books, games, and movies for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and the fireplace in the living room was awesome and easy to get going. Everybody had a bed to sleep in and we enjoyed the community center space with the hot tub and ping pong table. »
