The house has plenty of space--a huge kitchen--and is very clean (there are also cleaning supplies provided--especially important if you have a crumb-dropping kid--as well as many other supplies. ). « Nice, quiet and comfortable place close to things we wanted to see. A/C worked great. Views on the river are beautiful. We slept well. As others have mentioned, there are inside stairs which have slightly shallow steps. If you have normal mobility & strength you will be okay. Just something to note. We were fine with the stairs. Host is responsive and helpful. Would stay again and recommend. »

« The 2 bedroom house was right on the river and was easy to enjoy with the fire pit on the property. The back patio had a great time view as well. Inside everything was clean and well appointed. I was very pleased with our stay here. It's about 30 minutes to the closest town of any size though,.so plan ahead with groceries,.etc. »

« This was an excellent place and location for our girls trip. We went to Mohonk Mountain House, FDR’s house in Hyde Park, Hudson River Walk, and shopped and ate near the house in New Paltz. The host was so helpful and the house was perfect with all the supplies you’d need. We brought yoga mats but to our surprise they had some there! The backyard view was stunning too! Highly recommend. »

« Our family of 20 had an amazing time- the house is beautiful and very roomy with enough space to gather for games, etc. The 3rd floor playroom was awesome for our 6 and 7 year old grand kids! The kitchen is fully stocked with enough cooking equipment and utensils - making our cooking and eating for this # of people successful! The pool is beautiful with lounge chairs and tables and we even got in a couple of tennis and pickle ball games! »

« This is a charming, beautifully decorated home with plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces and a well-stocked kitchen, we didn’t find ourselves needing a thing. « This wonderful place in the nature had the comfort and the soul. My little family of 3 really enjoyed our stay. We saw the hosts and actually had a chance to speak with them - a lovely extremely friendly couple.
