« House was cute, clean, ocean view and exactly like pictures. Hosts were east to communicate with, they are so kind and want to make sure you have the best stay possible. On our first night there was an issue that was no fault to the property or hosts but Rick and Debbie went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Would stay here again just because of that. »

« This place was not only spotless but also very tastefully designed and had everything one needed to feel at home. The area was very quiet and the grounds were so zen like and appropriately designed. Communication was very good and I cannot think of one negative thing to say. I highly recommend staying here if looking for a place to relax and unwind! »

« Jennifer's Cottage Room in Summerland, CA was a cozy little refresher. Trees and vines make for an intimate green space (check out the pictures.) Jennifer's was my getaway from noise, cement and traffic in LA.
Great for a single or a couple. Summerland, California is a nice little sea side town just minitues from Santa Barbara. There are a wide variety of activities in the area, sun and sand, surfing lessons, vineyard tours, horseback riding--something for everyone. Just go and enjoy yourself! »

« Overall: Not a good experience. Poor Quality.Doorframes were crooked which led to drafts in the room. Didn't advertise poor construction of room either. For over 200 a night, I felt my value could have been better spent at a motel 6. Towels had stains and the bed was semi dirty. Lots of pill bugs wandering the bathroom. »
