"Took hours to get checked into my room when I finally did there were blood stains in the floor, room had a nasty odor. When I tried to complain nobody helped me they said to deal with it. "

"We where stopping in at 11pm for a one night stay. Called around 2pm asking if we could get a room assigned and chilled as we would be getting in late and just wanted to get to sleep. They said they didnt do that, we had to wait till we got there. Upon arrival they told us they didnt have a room for us. After 10 mins they found us a room, to bad somebody was already in it. On the way to our second and final room we found cookies on the floor. The Ac was loud but other then that we slept well and had a good breakfast in the lobby in the morning."

"Don't reserve a room on a specific floor and expect to get a room for the floor you wanted, they changed mine from the first floor for accessibility, to the third floor, most likely because I book a room through a third-party. "
