"Laura was a great host. The apartment is quite a challenge to find for the first time , she was on hand to guide us . She also spent a lot of time giving us tourist ideas of where to go and what to see , and with WhatsApp she was always on hand to answer questions. "The view from this property is just spectacular. It has a comfortable and large balcony/deck. The bright living room is surrounded by windows which provides for breath taking views. The property itself is in a great neighbourhood, well placed for access to Stresa and surrounding area. There is a nice trail if you want to walk into town and it takes about 20 minutes."

"We enjoyed our stay in this property. We are a family of five and there was enough space for all of us, and the two bathrooms were very welcome. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. It was also very handy to park outside. The views over the lake from the outside terrace were lovely and made a great place to eat. "Die Wohnung ist schön, geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Auf dem kleinen Balkon kann man nur zu zweit sitzen.. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super- man ist in wenigen Schritten im Zentrum, am See und vor allem an der Schiffsanlegestelle. Alle Geschäfte, auch ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass sich nebenan eine „Birreria“ befindet, in der (außer sonntags) bis spät in die Nacht gefeiert wurde....

"Beautiful roof top apartment with spacious terrace and gorgeous view of lake Maggiore. Parking was available on the street by the entrance to the building. There is no AC and it was hot in August, however we enjoyed our stay very much. Walkable distance to the ferry and the center. Highly recommended!"

"This property was excellent. Good location to the town only 15 mins walk. As the property is up slightly from the main road it takes a few minutes longer on the way back. However as we were attending a wedding and my wife was wearing high heels the host kindly ran us into town. The weather during our stay was very hot however our accommodation remained cool. Overall we would recommend this property to stay in and if for longer stays the kitchen is well equipped."

"Is was superb! Very friendly, and helpfull, host and the accommodation was at an unique location with view on the lake and at the boulevard of Stresa. The apartment has all the convenience needed for a pleasant stay. Shops, restaurants and the authentic Stresa center at one minute walking distance. Public parking only 100 meters from the apartment. "House was not clean. We spent time vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen. Stovetop vent had fallen off and a hose was left. Caretaker turned on heat and opened radiators. In the morning many had leaked especially the living room. We spent an hour moving furniture and mopping. We were told to use catch basins and to continue to use radiators. "We arrived on a late rainy night at Stresa train station and were unable to get a taxi. I called the hotel who sent Leonardo to pick us up. The station is a 5 minute easy walk to the hotel and any other day we would have done it. We had a lovely room overlooking the lake and the staff were always helpful. Will return! "
