« Great location - close to the highway and places to eat »

« Expedia double booked to my room so I ended up paying for two rooms. The first room was on first floor looking at the parking lot and construction, and the shade would not go down. Staff seemed ill trained and uninformed. »

« The staff was friendly. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare. The pool was so much fun. Our room was spacious, had plenty of space to lay out all our bags. And the bathroom sink counter large enough for all our stuff. Room seemed quiet, not a lot of noise coming through the walls. Some spots in room was less than perfectly clean. »

« You should just be aware that the room does not have blackout shades so if you need blackout shades, you should bring something for Eye covering! They do provide earplugs which you might very well feel like you need. Overall, it’s a very cool property with lots of interesting shops on the first floor and plenty of places to pick up your favorite drinks! 😜 »

« The room I had was very small, the bed did seem newer, but it was very rockhard and so were the pillows. You had them young children at nine-year-old and a 14-year-old working like they weren’t just helping out they were working. »

« Overall it was a great place. The ONLY THING that was disappointing is the hair dryers in the rooms. I have literally never seen such a small dryer with no power. It was smaller then my hand and there’s no way it would’ve dried my hair in less than 3 hours. It literally was like a kids toy hair dryer. I’m glad I looked at it before I washed my hair. But the nice lady at the front desk found a different/decent dryer and offered it to me but I didn’t have time at that point to wash and dry. I’ll...

« They are switching managers & evening employee was rude. Asked for a meeting room so our families could visit. I was told there wasn’t anything available Friday or Saturday. All meeting rooms have office equipment, chairs and tables piled into these rooms due to switching of management & remodel stuff. I walked out Sunday am to check out…a meeting room door was wide open and available & not stuffed with crap like I was told. Don’t like being lied too. Not accommodating. »

« Bout 10:30pm, Front desk clerk was aloof, did not great me n spoke very little. He seemed moody. We got off to a great start. He did not programmed the card key correctly. I had to comeback from the 2nd floor to have it re-keyed n again. The front desk was annoyed, eventhough he didn't do his job. « The bar staff were extremely rude and basically non existent. We came in to have a drink and appetizers before going to our event, I went up to the bar to put our order in and the girl behind the bar was too busy talking with her friends. I stood there for at least 4-5 minutes and she looked at me twice, rolled her eyes and went back to talking with her friends. We just left after that. »

« Room and facilities were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water in bathroom heated quickly and lighting was good for applying makeup. Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold.
