« The house is clean and comfortable on the inside. Outside ally that ran alongside the house had big bins which had rubbish overflowing and spreading across the path. Comms with owner none existent other then a couple of automated messages once I had paid. Not enough towels within the property for all guests no hot water for washing up asked for assistance from owner message never acknowledged. Overall happy with the property but little details could improve the stay. Cheap stay for 7 people and...

« Cutlery was filthy. Kettle full of limescale and so was bathroom. Loose tiles on shower floor. Stains on bedsheets. No solid curtains on the bedroom windows. Couch full of stains and absolutely 0 contact with host. Didn’t even stay the night. Will never come back and can’t recommend. Waste of money »

« Nice house, parking available right outside. Check in was super easy, the kids loved having their own bathrooms and it made getting ready in the morning so much easier and quicker. We understand the need for the security cameras in the communal spaces but they made us feel uncomfortable and one of the kids was convinced there was one in her room. « Property is as advertised. Clean. Easy to check in and out. »

« The property delivered what was advertised. It was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet, and was central for us as we were doing daytrips around the area. There was resident only parking on the street outside but we were able to park a short walk away. Would stay at this property again. »

« We loved staying in this house. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We used the house as a base for Alton Towers which was a 25 minute drive away. We was left a welcome pack of goodies which was very much appreciated, and noticed the little touches like travel cots and high chairs, and a play room at the back of the house so perfect for families.
