« We all loved this property. The location was a little ways from town but not an issue. The access to the water was perfect and having the kayaks on the property was a plus for us. All the rooms were very spacious. Sharell was great and helped with any questions I had. Definitely recommend this property. »

« We had a great week at this home in February Point. The home was exactly as advertised - no surprises. Well stocked kitchen, nice sheets and towels, including beach towels. Juan and Kierra were very responsive. Wifi worked great. Pool at the beach club is a 5 minute walk and is very nice. Highly recommend!! »

« We had a nice stay at Aqua Vista. The views of the crystal blue waters will take your breath away. The dock was our favorite place to be. On the drive to Aqua Vista heed the warnings of the roads, once you turn off of Queen’s Highway (the island’s main highway) the roads are rough. « Amazing location in Exuma! Beach was great for our kids (13, 11, 8). Woke up each morning and played on the beach and ended each night swimming in the ocean right on the property. Beach is protected from large waves you might find north of George Town. Multiple kayaks and paddle boards available. Description does not include the property has a generator… very necessary for the common power outages in Exuma. »

The whole house was fully stocked with any appliance or tool you may need in the kitchen as well as plenty of books, games and water toys to use. The house is centrally located between little Exuma and the top of big Exuma if you decide to take a boat tour that leaves from up there.
