We stayed in a unit with a bathroom, which was a plus (the other units had communal bathroom), but we had 2 very scratchy towels and hand towels. No washcloths or bath mat. It was very clean and the shower was great, but I dreaded using those thin scratchy towels! In addition, the toilet did not flush completely-you had to hold it down for a while a couple of times. There is no insulation against noise-you can hear everyone outside your room-and there are no windows or air circulation.
