« L’hôtel bénéficie d’un très bon emplacement, permettant de rejoindre les principaux sites touristiques en moins de 20 minutes. Les chambres sont spacieuses et correctement équipées, avec un espace cuisine fonctionnel et une télévision connectable au téléphone. En revanche, à notre arrivée, l’état de propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer : les WC n’avaient manifestement pas été nettoyés. Nous avons demandé un changement de chambre, qui a pu être effectué via la plateforme de réservation,...

« The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well. The property itself is very clean and well set up. I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. An email I sent at the time was answered a few hours later. I ended up waiting in the lobby for someone else to enter the building and they helped me. I also couldn't access wifi when I...

"Hôtel très bien situé, près du Belvédère permettant de visiter le cette ville à pied. Appartement très propre et très grand. Point négatif : Sur à un retard d'avion, nous sommes arrivés à minuit et avons attendu 10 mn dehors qu'un client vienne nous ouvrir Lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas et a fait du bruit toute la nuit. Nous l'avons signalé a la réception afin qu'il soit au moins debranché mais personne n'est venu, il a fait du bruit pendant nos 3 nuits. Eau de la piscine très fraîche."
