The property for the most part has been taken care of since our last stay. Unfortunately the gas grills were both broken. Overall still a nice place to stay.

The property was lovely, my only issue was no maid service during stay was not made very clear by hotels.com or property owners, it was very clean upon arrival but you kinda want the no cares when you are on vacation and room services are kinda something I look forward to. That said if it was made clear that no derives of the room would happen during visit I could adjust my expectations. Property was lovely thanks for the stay.

The property was very nice. Clean and quiet rooms with good beds and pillow and kitchen well stocked with cutlery, plates and glasses. The staff were super friendly. We did not have a car and did not need it. There was a convenient shuttle service on demand. You cannot walk to the hill/village, but there is a super convenient gondola only 70 feet from the front door of the building that quickly takes you up the hill to the center of the ski village.

Beautiful, like new suites with a lot of room. Staff is very helpful and friends. Pool is not huge for size of property and there is not an indoor option. We did not receive any housekeeping services the week we were there. Seemed odd for the amount we paid. Beware taxes and resort fees add a lot to the listed price when you book.

Resort staff put customers first
We were only there one night for the Balloon Rodeo but it was a great experience. The rooms were very comfortable with a perfectly stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, great sofa and TV. The rooms even have a washer/dryer. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and game room and the hotel shuttle downtown for the Balloon Glow. But the best part of all was the resort staff - they went above and beyond to enhance our stay and give us a stress free experience.

Trailhead has a gondola that goes directly to the ski area. Our room was spacious and beautiful with a great view. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

Super clean, nice finishes, great front desk staff, awesome pool, great hottubs, excellent location. Just a real great place to stay. The underground parking spaces are a little tight so I would avoid bringing your F-350 long-bed here. Note: When booking through Expedia, it states that the "check-in is at a different location than the property address". This is incorrect. You check in at the front desk just like you would a hotel.

I booked for 3 reasons - pool, shuttle, and gondola. The biggest draw was the pool. Unfortunately, my kids wanted to cry when we went down to it. The pool is not made for kids - the lowest part is over 3.5 feet deep. As the website made it sound family friendly, I didn't even think to check to see if my kids could actually use the pool (even my oldest at 8 was way too short to use it) as I have never stayed someplace without a kids side. Regarding the shuttle, the description fails to mention that it only runs in the winter. As my husband took the car each morning, transportation was a big deal. If you say you have it, make sure you have it. I wouldn't have booked if I had known it wasn't running. The website also doesn't mention the gondola only runs in the winter. The common area outside can be extremely noisy - there was a party going on out there which we could hear past 11pm crystal clear in our room. Also, don't expect housekeeping to clean your room - the one day we left towels in it to be replaced, they didn't show. Lastly, check out is super early - 10am. And just to make sure we knew we needed to leave, I got a call from the front desk at 9:30 to find out if there was anything we needed for our departure. Nothing like a call to remind you to leave. Luckily, after such a miserable time there, we were happy to. Beware, this place is not family friendly. Save you money and stay at someplace that doesn't want to kick you out as soon as possible.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. With our fully stocked condo units, game room, pool and spa facilities and close proximity to the mountain and town we host families year round! The grills and outdoor fireplace are also a great place for families to gather, however quiet time should be observed after 10. We will make sure this communicated with all future guests. I am sorry that the facilities do not fit your specific needs. It has indeed been a busy summer, making sure that our condos are clean and ready for the next guests means we have to make sure that we are planning ahead and working as efficiently as possible, we are often able to accommodate later check out times but we do make calls to help plan our day. I am sorry if this inconvenienced you.

The only negative I would say is the underground parking is very limited. We would get back around 10:30 at night and there would be no spots left. I was told to park "anywhere I could, as long as I didn't block anyone". For a resort that is pretty large, you would think they would have more parking accommodations. Otherwise it was a great room, everything was clean and in working order, and our view looking out at the Hot Air Balloons was beautiful.

Great steamboat getaway
Beautiful hotel in steamboat. Room was perfect for my husband baby and I. Well stocked room. I do wish there were more towel hooks, as to need to hang them and reuse since there is no maid service daily. The pool is great and gym good for hotel gym. The service was poor overall but other than tha great place. Would definitely stay again.
