As the largest 2BR/2BA unit in Sunray Meadows, you will enjoy ample indoor and outdoor space, including two balconies with sweeping views of the valley.

Boasting an ultra-convenient locale, the condo is within an easy 5-minute drive of Steamboat Ski Resort and walking distance of the free bus! Stunning alpine trails and fun year-round activities also abound at Fish Creek Falls, just minutes away.

Additional perks include a heated garage with space for two cars.

LIVING AREA

Appointed with tasteful decor and comfy seating, the open living room offers a great space to unwind after a fun-filled day on the mountain. Drink hot cocoa next to the gas fireplace with a good book or stretch out on the love seat or sleeper sofa for a movie night on the 32” flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Open to the living area, you’ll always be part of the conversation in the fully equipped kitchen.

Perch at the kitchen bar for four while dinner simmers. When you’re ready to eat, gather at the dining table for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This unit comfortably sleeps six guests between the two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Two bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a king bed and mountain views. The en-suite bathroom opens to the hallway and includes a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a jetted tub/shower combination.

This unit includes a combined office and laundry room with a desk and private washer/dryer.

You’ll find parking available for up to three vehicles with space for one car in the driveway and two parked tandem in the heated garage. A washer/dryer, DVD player, children’s books, board games, and complimentary WiFi are also provided.

Please note this third-floor unit is only accessible via stairs.

THE LOCATION

Located a mile from the slopes of Steamboat, you’ll love having quick access to one of Colorado’s premier resorts, where you’ll find excellent ski runs for all levels, as well as beginner lessons.

During warmer months, enjoy a gorgeous hike to the stunning 280’ waterfall at Fish Creek Falls (a 15-minute drive). You’ll also find plenty of tables around the park for afternoon picnics.

Afterward, make your way to Strawberry Park Natural Hot Springs. Take an indulgent soak in the steamy waters, which maintain an average temperature of 104 degrees year-round.

Great Spot

We have been coming to Steamboat every year for years and decided to try this place out. Location is great and size of unit works really well. My biggest complaint was that someone had pets in this home. There was dog hair everywhere which flared my allergies. We had to do our best to lint roll all the hair which was all over the couches and bed. I would not have booked had I known this. Only other complaint is inability to keep temperatures consistent throughout the unit. They don’t have central heat and air which makes that very difficult. The living room would be hot while the bedrooms ice cold. Otherwise the amenities was great and what they provided was really nice. The garage was great and the kitchen was perfect.

Great Stay for skiing vacation

We really liked this condo. Great for 4 people but not more. It was very clean and checking in was relatively smooth. The condo had all the things that were listed online and then some more. Owners have understood the renters needs and provided little things For example extension cord for plugging in laptop and phone chargers, different type of spices for food, lot of towels , extra blankets, humidifier etc. All appliances in Kitchen work and it has granite countertop and all types of utensils. Condo location is about 0.5 miles from Steamboat Gondola and the citi bus stop is 100 yards away or you can walk. Location is safe The only thing to improve is the customer experience with vacasa call center. Our flight arrived before time and I called vacasa them to see if we can drop off the luggage at one of their offices /or any location. They said it is not possible until our check-in time. It wd be nice if the owners can list the name of the property manager ( I found out later by trying few times) on the listing or send us an email with that name. Once I found the propery mgr , he did try to help me as best he could. Also, though Vacasa have their own vans to shuttle people to Gondola, they said they do not serve this property so we had to use citi buses . Overall great property and I wd rent it again without a doubt.

Great property!

We stayed a couple nights and everything was great and accurate in the listing. The ski shuttle was across the street and just a 5 minute ride to the base of the resort. We would stay again!

Convenient, comfortable, lovely town

Loved the location and convenience. Garage was large and a big help for bikes etc. some ornery neighbors and but didn’t diminish the enjoyment. Have been to steamboat many times would stay here again.

Steamboat Condo good find!

This place was pretty perfect for a close by option. 4ish min walk to the bus stop, which took about 10-15 mins to get to the base of the my. And 5 mins or so to be dropped off at the end of the day. Beds were super comfy, and played a couple games that they had, along with enjoying sunsets off the balconies. Slight lack in communication with host, never was given the garage door access code or key to the side entrance till after check out, so slightly annoying but enjoyed the fact that it had a two car heated garage. Also no mini binder to help with little things like the bus routes or checkout instructions. We also weren’t provided any extra toilet paper upon arrival, but glad we were able to place a ticket. someone came with a couple rolls an hour or so later. I would recommend staying for location and great unit for 4 people. 6 would be tight. Loved the large kitchen (needs updated knives) comfy couch, and decor!

Enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Condo is a bit dated but comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great. Ceiling fans were nice to cool the rooms. Unit is south-facing away from the ski area so no views which was fine for us, but it can get toasty inside if you don’t draw the blinds. A few minor improvements - bar stools are too low as noted by prior guests. Supplying sponges at the kitchen sink would be nice as would having Kleenex in the rooms. Very minor things but those are basics that should be in any rental property.

Annual Ski Trip

Condo was perfect for 2 couples. Very clean with comfy beds. Close to the mountain and easy access to the bus system. Only suggestion we have would be to provide a shorter door access code. 10 digits is pretty long. If it needs to be 10 digits couldn't it be the renter's own phone? Something easy to remember.

This property exceeded our expectations. It is well appointed, well stocked and clean. The bus line is across the street so easy access to the slopes and 5 minutes to downtown. The heated garage was a bonus. We would stay here again.

Lovely Condo

The condo is in a great location. It is within walking distance to the ski village, a few restaurants, a small grocery store (Wild Plum) and the free bus line. It is well equipped with all basic necessities-we appreciated the toiletries because we forgot to pack our own. We enjoyed sitting out on the small deck-the views are lovely. I would suggest supplying fans for the second bedroom and family room. It gets a little hot with no air conditioning.

Family Vacation

We had a great time in this condo. It was perfect for our family! Very clean and had a fantastic view! The only thing I wished it had was some type of air conditioning. It would get pretty warm in the condo during the day even with all the windows open and would take a lot to cool down at night. Other than that we had a great time and will be coming back soon!

All the comforts of home

All the comforts of home. This condo was exquisite, the bedrooms were spacious as well as the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable the condo was very clean, and it has everything you would need to cook relax enjoy. I’m looking forward to going back to Colorado and staying at the same unit again.
