Conveniently located 700 yards from the Steamboat Ski Resort, this one-level second-floor 2BR/2BA condo provides easy access to the slopes of the Steamboat Springs mountain range. Enjoy resort-style amenities, including a pool, multiple hot tubs, and a tennis court. Take your morning coffee on your second-floor balcony, furnished with table seating for four.

Drive 3 miles to Old Town Hot Springs for a rejuvenating soak in the 100-year-old natural outdoor pools - open year-round! Explore the history of Steamboat Springs and Northwest Colorado at the Tread of Pioneers Museum, just 4 miles away.

Make yourself at home in a spacious open living area that boasts wooden open-beam ceilings, a gas fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling brick hearth, and stylish contemporary decor. Unwind with a movie on the 60-inch TV. A queen sofa bed and two armchairs seat five. Equipped with marble countertops, ample storage space, and a full suite of helpful appliances, the modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals - including a dishwasher, microwave, and electric range. When it’s time to eat, you’ll find seating at the dining room table, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

Retire to the tranquil primary suite, where you’ll find a stately king bed, a 42-inch TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest room is furnished with a queen bed, two twin beds, and a TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. This condo has no air-conditioning, but home cooling is rarely needed in the mild summer climate of Steamboat Springs. This second-floor condo is accessible via one flight of stairs and may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues.

A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs. Great stay for the time of year. Not too busy in town, so it made the location perfect (didn’t have to fight crowds getting to the ski area). Very cozy condo and great for a family with small children.

best location
Superb location, walk to slopes, Wild Plum market across the street. Had to scramble to find a place at the last minute and couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. In a bizarre incident, the sliding glass shower door shattered when trying to get it unstuck. Staff responded promptly and everything was cleaned up. Only ding: the Vacasa shuttle was unreliable. Great during ski hours, ran every 10 minutes, but honestly easier to just walk the 100 yards to the slopes. After hours, different story. Called for it 3 diffent occasions; put on hold forever, ended up just driving ourselves.

Great location! Friendly staff! Great set up for kids with the bunk beds! A little tight if more than 4ppl One of the sides of the sliding shower door was missing with the other not sliding so the whole bathroom gets soaked when you shower! Cable didn’t work Pans were nappy and need replacing Tried communicating through Vrbo app but no replies so it’s not really a Vrbo it’s through Vacasa…no need for this app TBH

Great location
Had a great summer stay at this property! It stayed cool inside the unit even in 90 degree summer weather. We closed the windows and blinds during the day and opened the windows in the morning and evening to cool it down. We had 2 fans running in the evening to help circulate air. The unit does not get much natural light. This helped keep it cool, but it was dark in the unit. We didn't mind since we were not there during the day. It does not have a mountain view - it faces Village Drive which is not too busy of a street during the summer. The location of this unit was perfect for us. The Wild Plum is across the street and has groceries, prepared food to eat and good ice cream. Apres Burger Bistro is right next door and has great burgers and salads. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and walk to walking/running/biking paths. It is a short drive to downtown Steamboat, but you can walk to the gondola, ski village and some restaurants. It is a perfect size for 4 people. The bathrooms are small, but clean and functional. The toilet and shower in the master bedroom have a door and can be closed off to the bed, but the sink and counter are located within the bedroom itself (no door from the sink into the bedroom). The master bed is very high off of the ground, but very comfortable to sleep in. The living space was nice and comfy. We only ate breakfast and some lunches there. We did not cook dinners there, but the kitchen looked to be well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The patio is small, but does have a table and 4 chairs. We did not use the patio other than to hang dry our swim towels. The patio floor could use a cleaning. Overall a great place to stay. The unit was clean, we loved the location and was happy the unit cooled off at night after opening the windows.

Perfect Location-Clean;-Cozy
Located across from restaurants, and easy highway access to Steamboat Springs central, this condo was a perfect location for us. It was also immaculate with shampoos, soaps and dish liquid provided. I liked the privacy of a separate bedroom with King bed and bathroom; my granddaughter (8) loved the bunk bed with her stuffed animals in top bunk and her mom slept in the same room on a Queen bed. TV's in every room a luxury. Kitchen was fully equipped but we only used frig. Decor was tasteful mountain lodge style giving a cozy feel. Outdoor Jacuzzi was open and a plus. Walk-up is a couple flights of stairs - not difficult. No Mountain View but outdoor balcony surrounded by trees nice for morning coffee. I'm not sure if it would be as comfortable with more people but 2 kids in bunks; 2 people in queen; and 2 in king would work since extra folk would have to sleep in living room. Would stay again but longer than 2-days next time. Also would have preferred a later check-out than 10am on a Sunday

Perfect for a family of four
Condo was very well-appointed, clean, and the location was ideal. 5 minute walk to Gondola Square. Ski rental was available in the building directly next to us. Restaurant and market with all of the essentials was across the street. Exceptional value. We will absolutely stay here again.
