« Came for a weekend trip to float the river with my two teenage kids. Had a great time! The house is close to the square for dining and entertainment. Had a sweet little family of deer in the yard. The house was perfect. Clean. Large bedrooms, perfect size kitchen, really cool decor. Kids and I loved it. »

« Beautiful home! Everything was just as advertised. Its a lovely spacious home, all appliances/etc worked great, comfy bed, etc. Really liked the location being a little tucked away, but still having very easy and walkable access to most everything in San Marcos. Hope to be back! »

« Clean, modern, spacious and really close to TXSU. Pool was very nice. All the amenities you’d need, even pool towels. We had a great time. Everyone had a bed and there was lots of room. Checking in was easy and communication went great too. We loved this house and will definitely stay here again if it’s available next time! »

« Such a great space! The house was fully stocked, plenty of swim supplies (eg sun screen, towels, floats), and snacks courtesy of Westley. It was spacious and clean and check-in was seamless. Host was very responsive and generous. Would always recommend this place! »

« Nice, quiet place to stay that is dog-friendly. While there is not fenced space for a dog, there’s a lot of space with mature trees for walks. There’s also a great cafe in walking distance. Because there a several small units grouped together within an RV park, additional communication about where to park would be helpful. I would stay there again »
