Our young adult kids loved the hot tub as much as we did, noted it was their favorite vrbo yet, and took a picture of the sheet tag so we can get some just like it. Need I say more? « The location is great. We went to Coors Field for a Rockies game and fireworks. Walking is a little far but an Uber or Lyft are perfect. Walking around downtown was great too. »

« This is such an adorable apartment! It was clean and cozy. It was perfect for my daughter, myself and our dog. We felt safe and enjoyed the historic neighborhood and close proximity to the park. Cheesman Park it's such a lovely place to exercise, relax or stop at the cafe. Everything about our stay was lovely! »

« House was clean and had everything you would need. The location was only a 5-10 minute Uber ride from everything we did other than Red Rocks, but Red Rocks was only 20-30 minutes away. Would definitely stay again. »

« Excellent location. Host is super nice, responsive, and accommodating. Temp was 95 everyday in Denver on our recent trip and the AC worked really well. We're up early so didn't mind but rooms do not have blackout shades. »

« The location was great but the carpet in the home is very dated and is in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The yard was overgrown to the point where the backyard outdoor space was not useable. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. I think the mattresses are quite old. When we arrived the towels were still in the dryer and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. »

« We had a lovely stay here. Great location, clean (aside from a weird smell coming from the laundry closet ??), cozy, and super responsive hosts. The hot tub was an amazing perk! Would definitely stay here again. »

« It was a good house for our visit Denver with our 2 kids to visit colleges. Good location near good restaurants and easy access to downtown. »

« Came for a getaway weekend with the guys. The location was incredible - walking distance to downtown (Ball Arena, Empower field, Union Station). The Highland area was really great as well - vibrant with great coffee shops, ice cream and restaurants. Our host was very accommodating. The space is great for a large group (8 or so). The upstairs balcony has amazing views of downtown. All amenities were modern and easy to use. There were multiple areas to spend time together with a large group...

« This property is so close to everything. We stayed for a sports tournament all week & this condo was within 20 minutes of all the parks we needed to attend. Super clean condo & had all the extras to help keep your stay easy going. They've thought of all the things you'll need. Would definitely recommend staying here! »

« Very nice property, clean and convenient to downtown Denver activities and attractions. Street parking was easy, but we were only there Tues-Fri, so not sure how it would be on the weekend or during an event. If you like washcloths, bring your own. Towels, linens and decor could use an upgrade, but this is really a nitpick. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the balcony is nice for morning coffee. »
