Located in the heart of the Stateline, NV side of South Lake Tahoe, you'll find this amazing home that's minutes from just about everything Tahoe has to offer such as; nearby beaches, Heavenly Ski Resort gondola, casinos, golfing and entertainment day and night here. The home is situated in an upscale neighborhood with level access to the front door, 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, pool table, 2 living rooms, private semi enclosed hot tub and beautiful back deck for those summer gatherings for an experience to remember. \*\*Guests are allowed parking for 3 vehicles only. \*Only one car space in garage. (There is a free parking garage 1/2 mile from home. If you have a 4th car, you're allowed to park there free for up to 3 nights) \*Just as many homes here in Tahoe, this home does Not offer A/C. The stovetop is not working properly. There are not enough seatings for both inside or outside ! The owner needs to move his car out of the garage to make spaces for guests to park. However, it is very convenient to grocery stores , casino and restaurants. ##### maggie w.
