I will say, make sure you are ok with shoveling snow as when I arrived my spot had snow from all the other parking spots shoveled into it and I had to clear it in order to park. Not ideal, and I do think they could do better with snow removal to make getting up and down stairs and parking safer. The thermostat was also not easy to use and the directions were just a hand pointing at it.
