We were 6 adults and 4 children (ages 9 months to 10 years old) and the house more than met our special individual needs. From a baby gate at the top of the stairs to warmed floors and plush carpeting, to a beautiful kitchen filled with modern appliances, dinnerware and cookware. Each bedroom was tucked away from each other which offered needed privacy and quiet. The views out our windows were amazing--a beautiful and serene neighborhood filled with gorgeous homes and tall pine trees. The location was very convenient to the South Lake Tahoe business area. Eddie, the property manager, answered questions through an email and a phone call. Not being able to check in until 4 is pretty lame for how pricey it was, though they are probably all like that. My only complaints are the garbage disposal was broken and leaked smelly water under the sink and we needed a handyman to fix it during the stay. The cookware (specifically the pans) are pretty banged up and scratched and should be updated. Overall super cozy.
