Short drive to stores, hiking spots and interesting outdoor art exhibitions. I booked this location by accident and have absolutely no regrets. « This place is all around AWESOME! From the house to the grounds, the view, the pond, all of it, awesome! The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a nice little getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle. We had a blast playing air-hockey downstairs, really enjoyed fishing the nice little pond, caught some nice largemouth (catch and release, please!) and enjoyed hanging out in the evening around the firepit. « The lake is beautiful and provides activities, the goats are very cute, the house was clean and comfortable, with A/C, plenty of hot water and water pressure for showers, and space for our things. Just what we wanted for a family long weekend with 3 generations. The owners were very responsive. The deck is in desperate need of a coat of paint and some other maintenance though - hopefully the owners can do some upkeep on the outdoor space soon. »
