« Cute house and it worked perfect for a last minute trip. The house was clean and had all the comforts of home away from home. We appreciated the games and movies, the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were also very comfortable. We were in town for a work project and decided to stay and head over to the river to swim. The house was close to everything and our host was very communicative. She even extended early/late check in and checkout. We will stay here again. »

« Palmer’s Guest House was clean, cozy, and perfect for two people to stay in. The rustic interiors were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Kristin was very accommodating and threw in a complimentary bottle of wine and a voucher to the restaurant. We had the Sunday Brunch and it was a great meal in a beautiful restaurant. We’ll be staying here again next time we’re in San Marcos. »

« My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable and located in a nice, quiet residential development. For reference, it is located about halfway between San Marcos and Kyle, so you can drive about 4-5 miles on I-35 in either direction and access restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. in both cities. The price is also very reasonable for the amenities provided. »
