Hotel is good at least for a 1 night stay we checked in 1st room they gave us the restroom was a little dirty :( we talked to front desk about it they switched us rooms so that was good afterwards beds are comfortable/soft only thing is the pool really needs to get cleaned at least for those young kiddos getting in yellowish water other than that stay was very pleasant and yes I’d definitely recommend it for a one night stay like I said!

Room was clean enough, door didn’t feel like it closed all the way and having 3 kids that’s the main thing, ac unit worked but the display was broken so had to figure it out, but staff was awesome I could tell they were renovating its a pretty big location overall id say a solid 6.5/10 the ac and door were the biggest issues for me

I love that is was close to Knott’s Berry Farm. At a good price. I did not like that the fire alarm continued to go off. I called the front office about it. They told me to take the alarm out of the wall and it till be okay. The room was clean and no bugs.

Quiet for first couple of nights then experienced alot of loud noises from neighbors and the staff going in and out of the custodial closet (they kept slamming the door). AC was great, cleansing could be better. Floor were still a little dirty and pillow case. There was also some type of mix up with my reservation and I wasn't notified about it. Had to scramble to get it fixed while working. Phones still don't work,the price of the rooms have gone on in spite of them not all having a fridge or microwave
