  • This condo is located just across the street from the beach. It is an easy stroll to the village area where there are many restaurants to choose from. There are also charming shops, the pier for watching the dolphins or just strolling. The Neptune pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and is an easy walk right by the Lighthouse.
    The condo is located on the first floor with a walk out patio and has a partial view of the ocean. This unit was renovated 2022 and has many upgrades... quartz counter tops, separate icemaker, stainless fridge and stove, and a stylish and comfortable built-in eating area.
    All furnishings are new, and the mattresses are very comfortable. Professionally decorated with comfort and style in mind!

Perfect Location and Impressive Property

We loved our stay! The property was cleaner than some hotels we have stayed at. We loved the design/decor and comfort of the beds. The location was perfect! So close to the beach and all the fun activities in town are only a 5 minute walk away. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. An easy walk to the restaurants at the pier and to the beach. The condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable for our group of four adults and two young children. The owners were very helpful and responsive to our few questions.

So cute and well furnished! We stayed here with my two kids and my mom, who has some accessibility limitations and this place was perfect for everyone in our group. The bunk beds were so great for the kids and the ground level access was great for my moms walker/cane. It’s walking distance to all the best spots on the island. The furniture was all in great condition and the kitchen was well appointed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Amazing location and property!

100% recommend for anyone. True 3 br/3 bath and pictures were exactly as it was in person. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Beach access was across the street, can’t beat a 2 min walk to the beach! Can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful condo…perfect location!

This condo was beautifully decorated with all the vibes of the beach! It included all of the comforts of home and only steps from the beach. This condo is ideally located for walking to downtown and many of the restaurants. We will be reserving this condo again in the future!

Great location, beautiful condo!

My two friends and I had a wonderful time on St. Simons Island and loved the location and layout of this beautifully designed condo. There were the 3 of us and we all had our own bedroom and bath - loved the modern kitchen and appliances and had a wonderful time having coffee on the front porch in the mornings and running across the street to catch the sunrise or just a walk on the gorgeous beach. Girl’s Getaway

We had a wonderful time on St. Simon’s Island at this cute condo! We were looking for a condo for a girl’s getaway. The location to the beach and the main shopping area is ideal. The condo is very well updated and we loved having the ice machine! The owner was pleasant to work with and responded promptly when messaged. Wonderful stay!

My 3 friends and I stayed at Melanie’s place and had the best time. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable with everything you need. She even had beach chairs and an umbrella that you could take on your 2 minute walk to the beach across the street! It is in the best location - the beach, pier, lighthouse, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. I will definitely book this place again when I’m back in St Simon’s!

Perfect get away

This was perfect for our family. The unit is fabulous - clean, comfortable, well decorated and convenient to beach and the Village (our favorite places). Having the lights on for us since we were arriving after dark was a very nice extra touch. We will be back!!
