Condo is currently being "UPGRADED" from current photos. You have the Gulf Of Mexico view from 2 separate balconies! Peaceful complex with private access just steps away to putting your feet in the sand. New appliances, granite counters, completely renovated bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, beautiful luxury vinyl flooring and interior washer an dryer. Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both have full bathrooms and a convenient 1/2 bath on 1st floor. See and hear the waves from the main living area and from the primary bedroom upstairs where you can sit on your balcony and enjoy the nightly breeze. Covered 2 car parking area under building and a large storage room with all of your beach accessories. Just steps away to a well known restaurant on the Intracoastal.

Great location

The condo was on an excellent spot for the beach, direct access to it. The condo was very clean and confortable with a lot of room for 4 peoples. Otherwise, the condo had everything we needed to cook. Communication with owner was OK, otherwise it was the first time in a rent that we were asked to do the laundry for the towels and also to pull out the bed sheets and put them into the washer and end of stay, but other than that the rest was just fine. We enjoyed our time there.

I can't say enough about this property and the host/hostess. We have rented many properties in the past and these owners thought of everything. Although you are one set of houses behind the beach you have a view of the ocean from the master bathroom as well as the main living area. Place was beautifully appointed, clean, amazing. My daughter and her family plan to book this for their next trip. I would gladly book any property owned/managed by these individuals.

We had another wonderful stay at this beach house! The property was clean and well maintained which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The location could not be better - a few steps from the beach, convenient to local restaurants and shops but also feeling like our own private escape. If I had one suggestion, it would be to update the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, as they are a bit worn. Overall, this didn’t take away from a great experience. Can’t wait to go back next time!

Matches the pictures and beach access is amazing with just a quick walk. Kitchen pots and needs were very adequate. Loved the easy parking underneath the building and the storage closet with all your beach needs including several umbrellas. My only complaint was the shower pressure in the master was non existent and very tricky to shut off.

Perfect beach getaway on the gulf

We were very happy with our stay! The view of the water from the balconies was great (second home back from the ocean but still have a great view, and the sound of the ocean is so relaxing)! The beach is quiet and peaceful and not crowded, which is AMAZING. The home is VERY clean. There were beach items available (towels, umbrellas, chairs, cooler) so that we did not have to pack them for airline travel, which was incredibly helpful! The home feels very large inside with two floors, which is nice with teenagers who don't always want to hang with their parents. The furniture is comfortable, as were the beds. Easy walk to a restaurant on the water and a little ice cream shop as well. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Great House, Great Location!

Everything about this stay was wonderful! Very relaxing, had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and was steps from the beach. Very close to restaurants/grocery stores and a short drive from the airport. The building felt very safe and the neighbors were quiet. Property was very clean. Linda was very kind and easy to get ahold of. I would absolutely recommend this property!!

Stairs Are not a problem

Very Clean and roomy, host was very nice and let us in a few hours early. Location was excellent; beach was just a few steps from the room. Would definitely stay here again.If you are elderly or have mobility issues then this is not the place for you but it was no issue for us. Had a wonderful stay.

Comfortable Condo

Very well appointed and comfortable condo (almost) on the beach with ample room to spread out and relax. Super clean. Two couches in the LR and lots of chairs on the 2 decks. Quiet bedrooms and firm beds; lots of towels and good shower pressure in the bathrooms (one toilet was broken when we arrived but was fixed by the 2nd day). Be aware there are 2 flights of stairs to climb, but there's also a nice view because of that! Kitchen has only one medium sized cooking pot, no toaster oven or blender but lots of other stuff. Beach furniture supplied although its not new - test umbrellas & chairs before taking them down to the beach! Great location - the area has a few shops and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is right there and not crowded since its a distance from public access. Private parking and a bus stop nearby.

Favorite complex on Gulf Blvd.

Pelicans point is a great complex! Every unit has a great view of the ocean. Just keep in mind that the A&B units have a lot of stairs so if you have and elderly people in your group I would advise against these condo’s.

Pelicans Pointe 1A

We really enjoyed our stay here it’s a quite beach and condo was very clean and well stocked. Beach is right there and they even have plenty of beach chairs a couple umbrellas and beach towels. It was nice having harbor on other side of street we saw dolphins there one night and I would just walk over to watch sunrise as well, & the sunsets were just gorgeous over the Ocean, Walking distance to a nice little Icecream shop Lulu’s and food at Caddy’s was good: We can’t wait to go back to Indian Rock Beach, Thank you for a great place to have a mom daughter trip we will be back;)
