This condo is located on the third floor of a seven-story building with elevator access. Enter the condo into a well-stocked kitchen and bright living space with a balcony overlooking Gulf Blvd. with the Gulf of Mexico in view. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath, and shares the same view as the living room and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own hall bath, and is perfect for couples or kids! There is a washer and dryer located in the condo for your convenience. Guests have full access to the private condo, balcony with Gulf views, heated pool, spa, and resort gym. Beach access is directly across the street, and guests enjoy parking for one vehicle, Wi-Fi, and complimentary beach gear for carefree days in the Florida sun. The resort is walking distance to John\`s Pass Boardwalk, which features numerous restaurants, shops and fun things to do including boat and jet ski rentals. The actual condo unit is much better. It does face the street with some views of the gulf. However, street noise makes it difficult to sit on the balcony. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with everything you need. The unit also comes with a beach wagon with chairs, cooler, umbrella which is really nice. A few things we wished the unit had was hangers or hooks somewhere to hang clothes or wet bathing suits, extra blankets as we got chilly and the bed linens are quite thin. Other than that, no complaints about the unit.The building is VERY loud. Lots of parties and spring breakers. The pool and pool deck is tiny.
