The Gulf-front location will be perfect for relaxing, enjoying meals and evening cocktails while watching the sunset at day's end. This resort-like property has a remodeled community deck at the beachfront extending the full length of the building and is complete with a grilling area, lounge chairs & tiki bar! After a refreshing dip in the Gulf waters, enjoy the heated pool and spa that sit directly on the beach.

Almost Perfect :)

First off … this unit is a dream! Beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need. So clean and the view is a total 10! I love interior design and I tried to come up with an alternative to the hide a bed situation. That’s the only thing I’d change. But I totally see the reason for it. It’s comfy enough. I say it was almost perfect but it wasn’t. The elevator had issues and we had to hike 11 flights! Also, jack hammers everywhere! Certainly no fault of the owners. But hopefully it will be resolved soon. We hope to return and get to use the beautiful pool!

Great Getaway

Property was in excellent condition. Kitchen was well appointed, bath & shower were excellent and stackable washer & dryer did the job. Storage was sufficient. Great location on the beach with excellent ocean view. Even saw dolphins from balcony swimming along the shoreline! Only knocks were the bed, we knew it was a studio pullout, however, it still was marginal sleeping on it. Secondly, since there weren't any interior blinds, the balcony blind needed to be raised/lowered to block out any unwanted sun. Would return despite the bed, however, we delayed booking for next year because of the bed . . . and the unit booked anyway. Fortunately, a 2 bedroom was available in Tower #2 and we will stay there next year!

Perfect! Beautiful view, beautiful place

The condo was impeccably clean, looked brand new. I loved the balcony right on the beach. Pool was nice. The whole building was very clean and secure. Checking in was a pain. The instructions for the lock were not clear at all and I couldn't get the lock to work per the instructions on checkout. Clearer instructions need to be made for the new lock, as it is NOT a lockbox by any means.
