« Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property. »

« We had a very relaxing stay at Pelicans Perch! We have stayed at this apartment before and loved it then. Still loved it now! It was clean, relaxing, beautiful gardens, very nice bathroom essentials. In fact, I just ordered the shampoo and shower soap. Very luxurious! Wendy and Michael are great hosts, they’re available but , in no way intrusive. »

« I needed a place to stay a few nights by myself because my wife was not able to come with me. I didn't want to pay for a large unit a hotel with amenities I would not use, such as a conference room, free breakfast, office with a printer, etc. This was priced perfectly and was basically equal to a hotel room, only not as costly. The pool is nice, but I did not have time to use it. The bed was very comfortable. I have degenerative disc disease and have to sleep on a level bed, not one that sags...

« This place is such a sweet place. It is the whole bottom level of the house. The pool and hot tub were AMAZING! The owners do live above you, you can hear them, but at night it was quiet and perfect! The bed is so comfortable and the yard is so peaceful. We will for sure be going back. The owners are pretty awesome too, if you have any trouble, give them a chance and reach out. Also, try the Wee Pub in Brunswick! The owners of here also own that and the food was so yummy! »

« The area was nice. The condo being on the bottom floor was good for our old dog. The wifi worked well. The unit was not updated, which the very short toilets were odd since we are all 5'8" and up. The towels could of been better. Ceiling fans would have been nice too. The shower curtains were cheap and one was missing rings. Overall some updating would make it amazing. It was fine for a weekend trip. »

« This is an excellent property near the JAX airport. There is gated parking for security, and the apartment is comfortable, attractive, and spotless. Nakita is very quick to respond and was very helpful with our questions and specific needs. Don't hesitate to stay here! It's one of the cleanest properties I've seen and the host is one of the most helpful we've encountered. Thank you! »

« The unit is perfect. Great view with no close neighbor. All the amenities. New washer and dryer. Bedrooms are close in proximity but quiet from each other. Very clean! Covered balcony with plenty of room to watch sunrise. Easy communication with host. Beds are comfortable. Unit had beach towels, chairs, beach toys! Great kitchen with everything and then some. Good coffee station. We all really loved the unit. I will rent this unit again in future. »

« We really loved this cozy little condo, steps from the beach. It was comfortable, and met all our needs for a trip to attend a dear friend's wedding. Well-stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in a few times. My ONLY complaint (a small one) is that we found that previous guests had put dishes away dirty, so we had to wash them before using. »

« We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very comfortable and thoughtful touches throughout, like a welcome snack basket. Kitchen had all the staples and plenty of cookware. Communication and instructions were excellent. The pool was well maintained, large with ample seating. FYI 2 blocks from the beach and condo has 3 flights of stairs. We enjoyed happy hour on the lovely screened porch in the treetops. The condo has beach chairs, but fyi they are the small type, low to the ground, in case you...

« Had a great stay and love the place. A few things that would have made our stay and other misc things a little better - Wd 40 the main door hinges -Put a letter D on door for easier visual -Huge dead cockroach by bathroom door -Kleenex -Light bulb in kitchen lamp didnt work -have a Clock in living room at least -only Two forks in kitchen -have more than one Kitchen towel Some things I shared with our host during our stay. I never heard back. We would totally stay again. There are...
