The villa is only twenty minutes walking (5 minute drive) distance from the beach of Karakter, the two restaurants, a Spa and a dive shop. The perfect place to stay during your vacation. The villa is a rental villa where you can definitely sit back and relax. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. You can reach the veranda and pool deck through various open doors. Part of the veranda is covered, part is open. If you feel like sunbathing, that is definitely an option. You can enjoy the beautiful sea view whether you are in the pool or on the deck. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy. Guest Access: Apart from your accommodation, you will have access to our pools with sun terrace, dedicated staff and their services. The reception is located walking distance from your apartment. View is fantastic. So nice to have a private pool, and 3 bedrooms - each with their own bathroom. Great layout for 3 couples. Also very nice to be within the Coral Estates with access to all the resort amenities. Kitchen is a bit dated and very small, but owner says a kitchen renovation is about to get underway. No AC in the living room, but most days there is a strong breeze. Beds are okay - we found them a little too firm, with lower quality sheets and pillows, but the rest of our guests thought the beds were fine. Easy drive to lots of great beaches. ##### Carolyn F.
