It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The manager was very quick to respond in a professional manner. The location was very central. However, we encountered many unhoused people near the unit and were constantly asked for money. On one morning there was an individual asleep on the sidewalk right across the street. I realize the owner has little control over this but if you are uneasy about the downside of city living while on vacation this may not be the place for youThe unit itself is not very comfortable. There is a large island in kitchen area which can accommodate any meal. They also have, inexplicably, a table and two uncomfortable chairs, instead of perhaps a small two seater sofa or reading chairs. There is one small chair in the bedroom which, sadly is also very uncomfortable….so low to ground it is difficult to get up and down from. Finally, in my opinion the mattress needs to be changed as it is so soft (perhaps overused) that it collapses into the middle.
