"I had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable."

"The Staff had a lot of attitude and did not want to provide service. I was locked out of my room, as the locked was broken. I got the run around for almost a full day. No one wanted to take ownership and resolve the issue. The water activities staff showed up an hour late every day, and he gave me attitude when I asked to use the kayak. The lifeguard was not on duty for the majority of the day. He was chatting with other staff and not at his post. I rarely got a smile from the staff and they did not proactively ask to help. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, if service is important to you. "

"Poolside was great! Limited seating at the pool. If you don’t get there early, you are out of luck. Views were fantastic. Staff was lovely and took good care during our staff. Facilities and room were clean. Needs renovation, modern updates."

"Stayed there April 2026. My 3rd visit.Right on the beach close to amenities. Property well maintained. Great view. Nice small swimming pool .Small shop which sells a few but not all products for self catering. .20 minute drive from airport. 10 minute drive from St.Johns. Supermarket 5 minutes drive. Hope to return"

"The Royalton CHIC is a stunning resort, however there is room for improvement. The check in and check out staff were abrupt and not at all what would be expected of a Front of Service. I felt rushed at check in and 3 inexperienced young ladies were all speaking at once. No real happy friendly hello. On check out staff member was abrupt and again not what would be expected of a 5 star hotel. The unsung heroes were the cleaners, maintenance staff and gardeners. They kept the Resort immaculate. Superb choice of Restaurants but Elements buffet, apart from breakfast choice was poor, so make sure you reserve at Hunters, Olympus, Vespa, Haven. There needs to be more sun Parasols. Enough beds but not enough shade."

"Everything was outstanding…property was beautiful and well maintained, staff were all very friendly and helpful ( special shout to Tiquesha the concierge who helped us plan all our dinner reservations and chartered snorkeling/boat trip). Beach and pools were spectacular and the restaurants had great food and selections. Will definitely be back again!"
