All of the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful, from the doorman to the reception staff and beyond. "We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. The apartment was well layed out with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The addition of bag storage was a small but very helpful extra. We were offered early check that really helped.
